With a background spanning pharmaceutical leadership, startup growth, and developmental coaching, she specializes in building high-performing, emotionally intelligent teams that put people first.

At White Stone Living, Crystena leads monthly staff wellness sessions designed to strengthen team cohesion, reduce burnout, and elevate the quality of care our residents receive. She also works directly with residents and families to provide behavioral development support — creating an environment where every individual feels seen, valued, and empowered.
